Fundamentals of Invention and Patent Law

The course is aimed at developing the competences necessary for the creation, use, protection, and commercialisation of intellectual property.

The main objectives of the course are:
- developing skills in using the methods of the theory of inventive problems solving to create innovative products;
 - developing of skills to identify and classify intellectual property rights;
- developing of knowledge of the rights and obligations in the protection of intellectual property;
